All fees are based on a (5) Five Hour Rental Period, unless otherwise noted in the contract.
The Five (5) Hour rental period includes 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up.
Additional time can be requested for set-up or clean-up for an additional fee.
Fees for 2025 have been updated as of February 22, 2025.
Public Use Fees:

Masonic Use Fees:
Normal Lodge Member $50.00

Need additional time for your rental? $50.00 per addl. hour
Cleaning & Garbage Disposal:
Unless other arrangements have been made, it is the responsibility of the renter to clean up and dispose of ALL garbage at the end of your event. In the event that the building was not cleaned properly or garbage not removed from the building, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.00 per hour.
Internet Usage: $25.00 per event
Internet usage is available for a small fee. A temporary password will be given the day of your event. Usage only lasts until your event has ended. An additional waiver must be signed before the event date outlining rules and expectation of use.
Managing Observer:
Depending on how many people you are hosting at your event, additional charges may be added to the final cost of your rental. There are no exceptions or waivers for this option.

76 - 100 attendees 2 additional observers - $100.00
